This antique oak dresser has been updated with  paint and refreshed wood for a modern farmhouse decor look for your home.  The dresser base has been painted with a blue/green blended chalk paint and sealed with a protective matte finish.  The dresser top has been sealed with several layers of protection topcoat.  
 
I applied a IOD floral furniture transfer to the front  drawers and sides of the dresser providing it with a vintage garden look.  The 4 dove-tailed drawers are lined with a coordinating  paper and stenciled on the sides for a beautiful look both inside and out.    New pumpkin shaped knobs were added to the top 2 drawers with polished cup handles on the wood drawers. 
 
The detachable beveled mirror is original to the piece and does have a few discolorations inheret to a 100 year old mirror.  These beauty marks do not interfere with a good mirror image and add to her character. She rolls easily on original wood castors.
