My vision for this little princess dresser from the minute  I saw her was a nursery or little girl's room.  The small size makes it perfect for a child to operate the drawers and gaze at her image in the low mirror. 
This vintage petite dresser with original beveled mirror dates to the 1930's.  It is painted in a warm white and a slightly faded wildflower transfer has been added to the 3 drawers.  New crystal glass knobs adorn the 3 drawers which are lined with a beautiful coordinating blue and white paper. 
I created decorative moulds to add interest to both sides and the base of the mirror arms.  A blue raised damask design was also added to each side to add to the charm of this piece.
The original book match veneer top was lightened to coordinate with the white dresser and sealed with several layers of polyurethane for durability. 
A gorgeous piece of furniture art perfect for a princess to grown up with.
